Caffeine Lover?


Caffeine is a chemical found in coffee, tea, cola, energy drinks such as Red Bull. This chemical is also an ingredient in stay-awake-pills, migraine pills, headache pills and cold medicines.



So lets talk about the common Effects of Caffeine
-Can improve our mood
-Make us more aware of our surroundings
-Make us less sleepy
-Increases our blood pressure
-Increase body temperature
-Increase the rate of metabolism
-It gives us less appetite
-It makes it harder to fall asleep
-It directly affects the calcium in the body and can weaken bones
